Bible Survey New Testament Program

 Objectives  ITA NT Survey

  • To teach the basic content of every book in the New Testament.
  • To give students an understanding of the progression of revelation through the Word of God.
  • To provide an overview of the different literary genres in Scripture.

The Program

The New Testament Bible Survey Program is a three-year course with one week of resident work per year. In addition to the one-week modules, students complete various reading assignments and homework.
 

The Faculty

Prof. Keith EssexProfessor Keith Essex ministered with Campus Crusade during his residency for his Master of Theology degree and later served as a student pastor in Dallas, Texas. Following graduation, he served as Academic Dean at Grace Bible Institute in Long Beach, California. During this time he was also involved as a church planter, interim pastor, and later as an associate pastor. For nine years he pastored in Redondo Beach.

Professor Essex joined  The Master's Seminary as an adjunct professor in 1992, joining the faculty full-time in 1994. We are pleased to have him on staff now at the ITA as we expand the courses offered to fill the needs of our students.
